Your Future Responsibilities:
- Lead cooking activities with passion;
- Purchase the necessary materials;
- Prepare the ingredients, recipes, and activities for each cooking class.
Schedule:
- Saturdays and Sundays during the day;
- Each class lasts 3 hours;
- An additional 3 hours are allocated for preparation, shopping, and cleanup;
- Occasionally, other days may be added depending on demand and your availability;
- Approximately 12 hours per week, depending on registrations;
- Possibility of part-time hours in-store for candidates interested in a combined role.

Your main responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Conduct interviews and manage staff recruitment;
- Onboard new hires and provide training;
- Schedule shifts while respecting available resources;
- Motivate the team and support skill development;
- Monitor performance and address issues proactively.
Store Operations:
- Maintain excellent customer service, including handling complaints;
- Ensure product merchandising and presentation;
