Under the supervision of the IT Director, the Software Developer will play a key role in developing and optimizing technological tools used across the organization. You will be involved in diverse projects, from process automation to system integration and modernizing our tech environments. You will also actively contribute to technology choices, collaborating with a passionate team.

Your future projects may include:

  • Custom development integrated with our ERP;
  • Automation of internal processes (sales, purchasing, warehouse, etc.);
  • Optimization of application performance, stability, and security;
  • Modernization projects toward containerized environments;
  • System integrations.

You will work with:

  • TypeScript, Vue.js 3, Tailwind CSS;
  • GraphQL (Apollo), PHP (Laravel 11), C# (.NET Core 8);
  • SQL (MSSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB) databases;
  • Tools: Jira, Git (Bitbucket), Docker, Microsoft 365;
  • Environments: Windows and Linux.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent relevant training combined with significant experience;
  • Experience with one or more modern object-oriented languages (PHP, C#, Java, Python, etc.);
  • Significant experience with at least one modern framework (Laravel, .NET Core, Spring, Django, etc.);
  • Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker);
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment;
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and technical curiosity;
  • Functional proficiency in English (bilingual team and documentation).

As a leader in the distribution of kitchen equipment and accessories, we are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and marketing of our imported and private-label products.

At the heart of the process, you will oversee the selection of international products through their commercialization, ensuring their competitiveness, profitability, and quality. Working in synergy with category managers, purchasing, logistics, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in maximizing the performance of our product lines.

Your Future Responsibilities
Product Development & Management:

  • Define and manage a portfolio of imported and private-label products based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate our offering.
  • Optimize the product assortment by analyzing profitability, inventory turnover, and performance.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations).
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, adjusting strategies according to performance and market trends.
  • Develop pricing and positioning strategies to maximize competitiveness and profitability.

Supplier & Purchasing Management:

  • Select and manage relationships with international suppliers to ensure product quality and competitiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and pricing to optimize margins.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement or diversification.
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless imports and inventory management.

Import & Compliance Supervision:

  • Issue and track purchase orders until the complete receipt of goods.
  • Oversee the entire import process (orders, logistics, customs clearance, regulatory compliance).
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and quality standards.
  • Anticipate and manage import-related risks by developing contingency plans to prevent stock shortages.

Product Performance & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze product performance (sales, margins, return rates, customer satisfaction).
  • Suggest optimization actions (offer adjustments, pricing strategies, supply chain improvements).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product promotion.
  • Use analytical and reporting tools to monitor trends and refine strategic decisions.

To Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Should Have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A degree in business administration, international trade, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing international suppliers and product marketing.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingualism (French & English).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability for local and international travel.
