Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $119 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.

Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases made between November 14 and December 14, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to make a return, upon presentation of the original receipt or online order number.

With a device as small and compact as the Joe Jr. grill, the heat produced by the burning lump charcoal is quickly diffused in the entire tank. It can however be beneficial to put a heat deflector plate on the botton of the tank to optimize the even distribution of the heat and make slow cooking more effective.
