Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $119 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.

Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases made between November 14 and December 14, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to make a return, upon presentation of the original receipt or online order number.

The half-moon heat deflector plate was designed especially for the Divide and Conquer® system, which ensures that food can be simultaneously cooked at two different levels of intensity on cooking surfaces that may also be different. With one or two plates, it is possible to slow cook food with efficiency when lump charcoal slowly burns, and as heat can normally not be easily and evenly distributed in the tank.
