Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $119 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $72 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases made between November 14 and December 14, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to make a return, upon presentation of the original receipt or online order number.

Although Kamado Joe's grills are designed and manufactured with great care so that their lifespan may be as long as possible, some parts of any high-quality device still have to be replaced once in a while, which can be simply explained by the fact that they are frequently used or tested. Gaskets luckily are among those that are easy and quick to replace.
