Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Details
It is not required to stand as close to the grill as possible to monitor the evolution of the internal temperature of a piece of meat when there is a device as technological and convenient as the Accu-Probe Bluetooth thermometer near it. The cook only has to configure the temperature to which it wants to cook meat and its phone so it can get the alerts sent by the thermometer, and that is it.
