This griddle offers a power output of 60 000 BTU distributed by three (3) burners. The cooking area is compact and versatile at 35.5" X 19". The chrome plating provides optimal heat transfer and a smooth work surface that will make it easy to cook food with minimal fat.

OPERATION
- Factory assembled for a natural gas installation, including a pressure regulator
- 1/2" NPT gas connector
- Propane conversion kit included

- Power conversion must be completed by a certified technician
- Thermostatic control of temperature from 100 °F to 450 °F (38 °C to 232 °C)

- Certified to ANSI Z83.11b/CSA 1.8b-2009 standards
- One year limited warranty on parts and labor
- Requires a 6" clearance on both sides as well as behind the unit if next to combustible material
- Requires commercial installation and is not intended for residential use
