This Rosko stainless steel countertop griddle, powered by natural or propane gas. This griddle offers a power output of 60 000 BTU distributed by three burners. The cooking area is compact and versatile at 35.5" X 19". Perfect for your small commercial kitchen, this griddle will be the perfect addition to your restaurant, cafeteria, or catering facility.
