Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $119 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $72 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases made between November 14 and December 14, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to make a return, upon presentation of the original receipt or online order number.

It comes with three different grit stones to assure the best sharpening results everytime. - The grit 800 is a coarse and rough stone, usually used on very dull knives - The 3000 grit stone is a medium one, we recommend using it te refine the edge. - The finishing stone, grit 8000, replaces the leather strap and lets a bright and smooth finish on the edge.
