Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

We feel that if you own several pieces manufactured by Le Creuset, if you like the company very much, you should at least get to own one item that you can use on a daily basis. This one, if you ask us, should be this stoneware mug, which surface is coated with an enamel that protects the wonderful paint.
