The Essence collection is synonymous with simplicity and elegance. With self-standing cabinets and drawer dampers made of 18-gauge, grade 304 (18/10) stainless steel, it combines sturdiness and refinement. Handcrafted in Canada, this recyclable range embodies the very essence of outdoor cooking, offering products that are both easy to install and use. Essence's pure, modern design makes every outdoor space a place for conviviality and culinary creativity.
An outdoor kitchen by the lake
This stunning project completely transforms the outdoor culinary experience. Set under a striking modern pavilion with clean lines, the design seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, featuring a slatted roof that creates beautiful plays of light and shadow. Black columns contrast with light surfaces, while the panoramic opening offers breathtaking views of the lake and pool.
The left section forms the heart of the cooking area, with spacious storage counters and specialized equipment. The standout feature is the vibrant red pizza oven, which quickly becomes the focal point of the setup, enabling the creation of authentic high-temperature pizzas. The built-in barbecue and griddle provide exceptional cooking versatility, while the retractable faucet simplifies preparation and cleanup. An under-counter refrigerator completes this zone, keeping ingredients within reach.
The right section is dedicated to preparation and finishing, equipped with a countertop and practical storage cabinets. This area includes its own sink with a faucet for efficient cleaning and a second under-counter refrigerator to maximize refrigeration capacity. This layout ensures smooth circulation and optimal organization when preparing meals for multiple guests.
The polished Stanstead gray granite countertops from Polycor, installed by Xtreme Granite, combine beauty and durability. This Quebec natural stone enhances the elegant Essence Polar Night cabinets, designed to withstand outdoor conditions. The installation highlights the subtle veining and unique texture of this exceptional stone, creating a work surface that is both aesthetic and functional, perfectly suited to the demands of outdoor cooking.
