An inspiring collaboration with Frédérike Lachance-Brulotte aka Folks and Forks

We are extremely privileged to collaborate with Frédérike Lachance-Brulotte, creator of the food blog Folks and Forks, a passionate epicurean who grew up in the warmth of family-run inns. Inspired by this way of life, she is known for her convivial culinary creations, designed to be shared in a relaxed, country atmosphere.

Frédérike influences a large community of food lovers through her culinary blog, her recipes shared on social media and shown on Salut Bonjour Weekend, and her recognition in the Quebec culinary world. She is also the author of two cookbooks: the first, Pour l'amour de la bonne bouffe, and the second, Héritage pour Mathilde, dedicated in honor of her daughter. Her online success, combined with her expertise as an author and ambassador, has made her a leading voice in Quebec cooking. Frédérike is a very inspiring figure on social media, where she knows how to make us salivate while inspiring us to cook more. Through her recipes and tips, she conveys her passion for gastronomy and encourages her community to take up culinary art.

In collaboration with Folks and Forks, our outdoor kitchen transcends simple functionality. Frédérike's keen eye for aesthetics and her sense of sharing enhance the outdoor dining experience, creating a space where conviviality and gastronomy meet. Together, we share a passion for authentic moments and meals that bring people together.

This collaboration highlights the elegance and efficiency of our boreal forest collection, perfectly in tune with the authenticity and rustic charm conveyed by Frédérike.

The art of cooking in the heart of the forest

The layout of this outdoor kitchen has been meticulously thought out to maximize functionality and quality, meeting the needs of outdoor cooking enthusiasts while embodying the friendly, creative spirit of Folks and Forks. This linear configuration allows for fluid, ergonomic organization, ideal for making the most of space. The under-counter refrigerator, positioned in the center, keeps drinks and ingredients close at hand, ensuring freshness and accessibility. To its left, the Napoleon Prestige 500 built-in BBQ fits perfectly into a two-door cabinet, offering generous storage space for cooking accessories to maintain a functional, well-ordered work environment.

To the right of the refrigerator, a three-drawer cabinet optimizes utensil and dish storage, with compartments designed for quick and easy access. The recycling cabinet, with two drawers, is strategically placed between the BBQ and the refrigerator, making it easy to keep the space clean.

Thanks to the boreal forest collection, each component blends in with the surrounding natural setting, while performing to professional standards. The black granite countertop adds a touch of elegance and sturdiness, perfect for long-lasting, refined outdoor use.
