Having created the last 35 restaurants together, our expertise has enabled us to completely fit out the professional kitchens in their Quebec and Ontario establishments, including their 8th branch in Ontario and their first location in Alberta. On the strength of this fruitful collaboration, we will continue to fit out nearly 50 new branches planned for 2025, including the branch at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).

Our team has orchestrated the complete setup of a Poulet Rouge professional kitchen at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), where every area has been optimized for maximum operational efficiency. Made from stainless steel, our equipment stands out for its robustness and durability. Our expertise in custom stainless steel manufacturing, which accounts for 30% of each project, allows us to design and adjust each piece to ensure seamless integration into the workspace.
The layout includes a natural gas infrared grill, an automatic filtration fryer and a 60-cup commercial rice cooker integrated into a countertop. For preparation, we installed a mobile vegetable bar, tables with built-in bins and countertops with integrated sinks and wall-mounted pre-rinse faucets. Thermal maintenance is ensured by heating shelves, a built-in tureen and heater, chrome wall shelves and a French fry tray with drain. Refrigeration features a two-door Centerline refrigerator and a refrigerated counter for easy access to ingredients during preparation.To equip the kitchen, we also provided all essential accessories: basic utensils (ladles, strainers, tongs), storage containers with lids, and maintenance materials like service trolleys. Safety being paramount, we included a first aid kit and all necessary safety equipment.

The entire project was overseen by our project management team, ensuring seamless coordination right through to the final installation of equipment and accessories.
