Moxy Montreal: urban living reinvented
Located in the heart of the metropolis, Moxy Montreal perfectly embodies the dynamic and creative spirit of the city. This vibrant bar-restaurant offers much more than just a meal: it's a true culinary experience that adapts to Montreal's fast-paced rhythm.
From energizing breakfast to refined dinner, including casual business lunch, Moxy welcomes its clientele in a modern and warm setting. The establishment stands out with its inviting lounge space and seasonal terrace, where guests can savor creative house cocktails and carefully selected local beers.
Aware of the varied needs of its urban clientele, Moxy also offers takeout service, allowing busy Montrealers to enjoy their favorite dishes wherever they are.
To meet the high demands of this iconic establishment, our team took charge of the entire project, from kitchen and bar design plans to delivery and complete installation. This integrated approach allowed us to create a workspace perfectly harmonized with Moxy's innovative concept.
The kitchen is built around a Garland cooking line, including a 36-inch range, griddle, and natural gas fryer, accompanied by a salamander for finishing touches. The full-size Rational iCombi Pro provides the versatility needed for varied preparations, while the Star rotary toaster and Vollrath soup warmer optimize service efficiency. The Centerline set, with its refrigeration and freezing units, integrates with the Norbec "L"-shaped two cold room combo. The modular Hoshizaki ice storage optimizes this solution for maximum preservation. The Hobart "ventless" dishwasher completes this professional setup.
The bar area demonstrates the same commitment to excellence with a True two-door glass beverage refrigerator, a built-in Wine Cell'R 46-bottle wine cellar, and a Scotsman ice machine. The Champion Moyer Diebel glass washer and Vitamix Quiet One blender ensure impeccable service, while the CDS refrigerated display case and New Air glass door freezer showcase products. The ensemble integrates harmoniously into the establishment's contemporary design.
