With its seasonal cuisine, its cider house and its culinary laboratory that explores the flavours of the Laurentian region, Maison de Soma is a farmhouse that invites you to taste its harvests.
It offers farm-to-table cuisine using ingredients from diversified production and the harvesting of forest products on its land of more than 240 hectares. There is a biointensive market garden, two greenhouses, an apple and berry orchard, beehives, poultry production and a huge, diverse forest.
Doyon Després provided all the kitchen items at the front (service side) and back (production side). We also provided the kitchen equipment and did the set-up of the kitchen (excluding the cider house).
