Our Implementation Project at Restaurant Leila

Restaurant Leila represents Amine Laabi and his team's most recent project, a space where his culinary creativity can fully express itself. For the setup of this restaurant, we had the privilege of closely collaborating with Amine to design and implement a professional kitchen that not only meets his culinary vision but also the operational needs of his entire team. Each piece of equipment was selected to address both the immediate and future needs of this modestly sized kitchen, while ensuring optimal efficiency and well-thought-out ergonomics.

The equipment provided includes New Air refrigeration units (salad tables, full-door freezer, and under-counter refrigerator), a standard Rosko worktable, and a Vollrath two-basket fryer. All this is complemented by Hatco infrared heaters and custom equipment manufactured by Inox-Fab to precisely meet the requirements of your establishment.

Our team handled the delivery and complete setup of the equipment, including the assembly of shelves, racks, drawers, and tables. The time challenge was brilliantly met with a full realization in just 8 weeks, from design to installation, allowing for an on-time opening. This turnkey approach enabled Amine and his team to focus on other aspects of his project while ensuring the optimal setup of kitchen equipment for his new restaurant.
