The sole construction of this magnificent hotel located right in the heart of Montreal, at the corner of De La Gauchetière O. and de Bleury streets, prove to be a project of large proportions.
The design and the furnishing of the kitchens and the service areas of this building constituted a big project too. Some members of our team, Jean Laviolette and Pierre Portugais, have helped develop not less than six distinct areas.
The kitchen of the restaurant, the bar of the dining room, the kitchen and the bar located near the pool, the banquet kitchen, the cellar; the work accomplished by the two men and their collaborators has lasted four months.
Delivering the project at different periods during winter and getting the equipment on the designated floors via the construction elevators have proved to be quite a challenge, but the team succeeded at completing its mandate, room by room, on time.
