Versō Hotel and Kóz Restaurant
Magog – 2021
The Versō Hotel and the Kóz Restaurant are located in Magog, on a land that overlooks the Lake Memphremagog. The view of the lake from the facility is magnificent.
The renovation and the remodelling of the existing hotel have proven to be a large-scale project. Pierre Degré, a project manager, and Paul Hébert, a representative, have been given the task of designing and furnishing the kitchen, the two bars, the coffee bar, and the washing station.
The project involved the transformation of the old classic kitchen into a Mediterranean kitchen as well as the relocation of the dishwashing area and the main service area. It was essential to make them all functional workspaces.
The problematic structure of the facility has proven to make the project quite challenging for the two members of our team, as well as for the other actors participating in this project. Still, the project has been completed in November 2021.
