Les Œuvres Jean Lafrance, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people aged 12 to 18, stands out for its human and family approach. They provide a structured framework for teenagers facing complex social and family challenges, guiding them towards a more promising future. Through education, social integration and psychological support programs, Les Œuvres Jean Lafrance transforms lives and creates new perspectives for those who need it most.
In a spirit of solidarity and commitment, we were privileged to contribute to their exceptional project. We donated a refrigerator for the Relish Moutarde Express foodtruck, an initiative of Les Œuvres Jean Lafrance that generates revenue to support their missions. At the same time, our sister company, Julien, equipped the foodtruck with Rosko brand cooking appliances, reinforcing their ability to offer quality food service. We simply supplied the equipment, and Julien installed it for full support.
On June 20, we were delighted to welcome the Relish Moutarde Express foodtruck for a lunchtime treat for our employees. On the menu: hot dogs, poutine and meat loaves, which delighted our entire team. A great moment of conviviality shared around a noble and important cause for our community.
For us, community involvement goes far beyond symbolic gestures. We firmly believe that every action counts, especially when it comes to making a tangible contribution to causes as significant as those of Œuvres Jean Lafrance. This donation of equipment is more than just a material contribution; it reflects our willingness to invest in projects that change lives, while demonstrating our social responsibility.
