With over 18 years of experience in the culinary field, Fanny Lehouiller has built a strong reputation in the restaurant industry. Her impressive career includes the opening of five restaurants, among them the renowned Bistro L'Orygine. Her creativity and talent have been acknowledged through various culinary competitions, including her participation in the TV show "Les Chefs" in 2017, reaching the semi-finals of "Chefs de Bois" in 2020, and winning an episode of "3-2-1 BBQ" in 2022.
Today, she dedicates herself to providing personalized culinary experiences at home, where her culinary philosophy is fully expressed through custom menus created in harmony with her clients' tastes and the spirit of their events. Her generous and innovative approach, combined with her passion for cooking, sports, and nature, reflects in each of her creations.


To support the excellence of her personalized service, we collaborated with Fanny in installing targeted professional equipment. This selection of specialized equipment was chosen to optimize her production while maintaining the highest quality standards.
The installation revolves around key equipment for efficient professional production. The intelligent RATIONAL iCombi Pro 61 oven, mounted on a specially designed open base, offers exceptional versatility in food preparation. To ensure its optimal performance, the oven is equipped with a tailored water drain connection set and rust-resistant grilles. A full set of maintenance products, including Active Green cleaner and Care Control tablets, ensures the longevity and efficiency of the equipment.


Food preservation is managed by a professional refrigeration system including a stainless steel two-door full refrigerator and a one-door freezer from Centerline. Both units are mounted on casters for maximum flexibility in space organization.
For food preparation, an extra-large 3500-watt induction cooker allows for precise temperature control. The dishwashing area is equipped with a two-level undercounter dishwasher with a large opening, complemented by a professional pre-rinse unit with a hose and swivel spout, optimizing the cleaning process. Rosko has, moreover, contributed to the project by sponsoring a professional sink, reinforcing the excellence of this installation.
