Arsenal & CO. Distillery

The Arsenal & CO. Distillery is a large-scale complex where spirits are front and centre. It brings together a distillery, a 250-seat restaurant and a large shop all in the same location. Not just a simple restaurant, Arsenal & CO. has the ambition to become a tourist location and flagship destination in the National Capital.
Our experts designed the plans for the kitchen, the dishwashing area, the cold rooms and the bar. A noteworthy highlight for this project: the pizza oven was so large that we had to deliver well before the building was finished. The contractor had to enter the building with the forklift to place the oven in its location before the interior divisions were made.
Furthermore, the central cabinet with refrigeration and hot compartment was designed in one piece. The cocktail bar units were also custom made especially for the client.
