The premises of Bières et Frites are comprised of a store where are displayed dozens of crates that contain wine bottles offered at a competitive price, and a restaurant where poutines, doughnuts and beers are served.
The managers of the facility, eager to serve the customers of the restaurant as fast as possible, have selected performant and easy to use appliances.
Because a large amount of fried food is made each day, fryers equipped with a built-in filtration system that helps with saving oil have been chosen.
The project, has said the representative to whom the assignment was given, ran smoothly, the equipment having been delivered on time.
