David recognized the need for expansion as the business outgrew its location. Capped financially and eager to evolve, David and Chantelle turned to Chef’s Paradise by Doyon Després to help bring his vision of ATB 2.0 to life in its new location on Centrepointe Drive. Their ambitious plans included the addition of a quick-service kitchen and a production kitchen to allow them to diversify their offerings beyond butchered meats.

Our collaboration with ATB extended far beyond the realm of equipment sales. As a cohesive team, we took a hands-on approach to realize David and Chantel’s dream location. We worked closely with ATB to curate an equipment list that reflected their culinary vision while ensuring financial viability. We also provided invaluable oversight and facilitated crucial conversations with tradespeople. Our team's meticulous attention to detail streamlined the ordering process and ensured seamless coordination on the shipping front. Together, our diverse skill sets and unwavering commitment to excellence proved to be the defining factor in our partnership with ATB. From whole roasted chickens sourced from local farms to made-to-order sandwiches featuring freshly butchered meats, ATB successfully elevated the culinary experience for its customers. Within the short two weeks of reopening, ATB already smashed all previous records for store visits, revenue, and they now need to hire two more positions to fulfill the flux of demand. A smashing success!
