In a lot of people’s mind, including several North Americans, Peugeot is one of the most known and respected car manufacturers in France and in Europe. The description that might make cooks of all kinds of the company, trained or not trained, is more likely to concern the pepper, salt and coffee mills for instance as well as the glasses and the accessories for the serving of wine and spirit. Just a few international brands manage to obtain a reference status as prestigious as the one that has Peugeot.
The blades, the more or less complex mechanisms and the sturdy materials only are some elements of the long list of specialities that makes Peugeot what it is, that is its identity. The expertise and the ingenuity exhibited by the company were exploited to make people benefit from its rich knowledge not only in terms of technology, but also in terms of design, something that it has always tried to refine since presenting its first coffee mill, and that it now proves to master.
