Sauce is not only a preparation that is used to mask the taste or the texture of food. Sauce is first and foremost a sublime complement to a dish, a wonderful element to add to it to enhance its flavors.

The main themes of the class are the following:

  • Basic culinary lexicon

Participants are invited to take part in the chef's demonstrations, but no one is obligated to participate. You can choose to get involved, or simply watch the chef in action. You'll then have the opportunity to taste the dishes!

All participants receive a workbook, a kitchen accessory, and a 10% discount card applicable on items in store.
