Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.

Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Details
Brown sugar, when it is stored in a place where the humidity level is rather low, is subject to transforming into a compact brick. To avoid this situation from happening, all one has to do is to let this bear soak in water for about 20 to 30 minutes and then put in a brown sugar container. Sugar therefore remain as grainy as it is supposed to be.
