Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Details
Almost no baking dish is henceforth exclusively made to be used on the stove or in the oven now that these two share the same array of devices and cooking accessories for the making of all kinds of dishe than grills. The wok is one of them, and Big Green Egg designed one that can do small wonders on top of the flames coming out from the bottom of the tank.

Steel pans are coated with oil to prevent rust. Clean them with hot water and soap before using them for the first time and coat them with oil once again as soon as you are done with them.
