Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

The stainless steel construction of the Coyote grills, although it is very resistant and durable, must absolutely be well protected so the appliance can remain in good condition for many years. The protective cover proves to be the best accessory one can get cover it entirely and make sure it gets a long lifespan.
