Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Napoleon's TravelQ Baking Stone is custom-designed to fit Napoleon TravelQ 285 and 240 series portable barbecue grills. The porous stone pulls moisture away from your pizza crust, pastries, and breads, yielding crispy and light results. Use this stone to ensure that your barbecue or oven is heating evenly, for increased efficiency when baking.
- Allow stones to completely cool in the Barbecue Grill before removing for cleaning
- Avoid using soapy water and scrubbing, this can damage surface and cause soap flavour to leech into food
- For best results, wash the PRO Series Pizza Stone by hand, with warm water, once completely cooled
- Handwash only
- Place cold stone in BBQ or oven and preheat both together to approx 425°F - 30 min - allowing the stone to preheat for a little while yields better results
