This Nemco 9020-1 countertop cold condiment chiller will keep fruit garnishes, hamburger fixin's, salsa, and more at chilled holding temperatures for hours! Perfect for stadiums, convenience stores, and other self-serve applications, this condiment chiller features an attractive stainless steel outer jacket and a compact footprint to take up minimal counterspace. Its digital thermometer displays the temperature setting in Celsius and Fahrenheit for precise temperature monitoring, while its cast aluminum well is durable and easy to clean.
This unit uses state-of-the-art thermoelectric technology and holds a more accurate, consistent temperature than units controlled by a thermostat. Eliminating the drawbacks of traditional compressor units such as the need for refrigerant and complicated components, this Nemco condiment chiller is less likely to break down and is more environmentally friendly. It is designed to fit (1) 1/3 size 6" deep food pans to give you all the storage space you need.
