Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $119 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $72 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Holiday Return Policy
For all purchases made between November 14 and December 14, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to make a return, upon presentation of the original receipt or online order number.

Parts availability and repairs
In accordance with Bill 29 in Quebec, Doyon Després cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts or the repair of all equipment sold. This availability depends on each manufacturer’s policies and inventory. However, our team remains committed to supporting you and exploring possible solutions based on your situation.

It is not excluded that the preparation and the consumption of milk foam for coffees brewed with a Jura automatic coffee machine may be so frequent that it may be necessary to replace at one moment or another one of the parts that are essential to the functioning of the milk system. That part could well be the connector.
