Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Increase the shelf life of food by cooling or freezing them in a flash with the Irinox EasyFresh Next ML self-contained rapid blast chiller / shock freezer! This blast chiller / shock freezer combination quickly and efficiently cools your food through the temperature danger zone to protect meats, fish, and produce from bacteria while also preserving flavor, texture, and quality. This unit can cool up to 93 lb. of food from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in up to 90 minutes, and it can freeze up to 77 lb. of food from 194 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in approximately 4 hours. Irinox blast chillers use a unique indirect air distribution system with specialized airflow patterns to ensure the cabinet has ideal temperature uniformity throughout while also preventing dehydration of product.
This blast chiller / shock freezer features 2 cycles for blast chilling and 2 cycles for shock freezing so that you can pick the option that best matches the food you need to keep. It uses an intuitive touchscreen display for easy operation and allows users to select a delicate cycle, to chill thin or light density foods or freeze delicate hot products, or a strong cycle, to chill dense, large-sized and packaged products or freeze / stabilize products such as ice cream or cooked products. The included core probe can be used to measure and relay accurate internal temperature readings to ensure the correct temperature is met.
This unit is constructed of durable 304 stainless steel and has rounded corners for maximum cleanliness and hygiene. It also boasts a door with a magnetic gasket for secure closure and four adjustable feet from 6" to 7 7/8" to best fit your kitchen. The 1 1/2 hp compressor circulates eco-friendly R-404A refrigerant in its self-contained, air-cooled condensing unit for optimal cooling power. A hardwired 208V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
