Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

The wine vacuum pump, contrarily to what its name might suggest, extracts the air contained in a bottle of wine and hermetically closes the bottle. Just insert a reusable stopper and let the pump do its magic. With this pump, the richness of a good wine that was not entirely consumed is safely kept.
