Trapizzino Meat Lovers

For 8 trapizzinos
Ingredients
- 800 g pizza dough
- 300 g ground beef
- Meat from 3 sausages of your choice (about 250 g)
- 4 to 5 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of ham
- 100 g spicy pepperoni
- 300 g shredded mozzarella
- Doyon Després Original BBQ Sauce
- Doyon Després All purpose Dry Rub
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Place the dough in a generously oiled 10 x 13" pan.
- Using your fingertips, stretch the dough to cover the entire pan.
- Drizzle olive oil in a cross pattern, then use a dough cutter to press and divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Bake at 550°F for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the meats over medium heat on a griddle, sprinkling with all purpose dry rub.
- When the meat is almost cooked, chop it finely, then add a generous amount of original BBQ sauce.
- Add the cheese, let it melt briefly, and remove from heat.
- Cut each bread diagonally to create triangles. Open them in the center and fill.
- This is a “meat lovers” version, but let your imagination run wild to create your own toppings.
