My favorite knife in the kitchen!The Santoku knife is really practical in the kitchen! It is well in hand and I can cut almost anything with it! From small fruits and vegetables to watermelon and even large pieces of meat! Small cells prevent food from sticking. The blade is really sharp and lasts long enough depending on the use! I have several Global knives at home. They are also very beautiful aesthetically!

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

The chef's knife and its classic variations as well as the Santoku knife are all parts of the same family of knives. The Santoku knife is the typical Japanese version of the popular knife that is the chef's knife. Several of them have hollow grounds on their blades, designed to decrease the grip between the blade and food.
