Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Details
The glasses of the Nob Hill collection are characterized by their somewhat retro look, and more specifically by their thick, bubble-like texture base. The clarity, the transparency of the glass at the base creates an elegant contrast with the content of the glass, which is ordinarily more or less opaque and has a color that is more or less dark. The straight side makes of the glass a classic, timeless object.
