A simple sieve, do you say? This sieve is meant to be used for the preparation of cocktails and other beverages given that it has a small diameter, which is very similar to the diameter of cocktail glasses. It can therefore be positionned right over a glass, so that filtering a beverage can be quickly accomplished and without using many accessories!
