The brazier is a fantastic cooking dish for the cooking of a large amount of a dish that would have otherwise been cooked in a conventional skillet if it was not for its small size. Its convenient shape makes it a nice container to prepare slow cooked meals in which is found food that is wished to be cooked on each of its side beforehand.
