Doyon Cuisine is shaped since January 2011 from the fusion of two renown enterprises: G. Doyon & Fils at Quebec and Félisol in the suburbs of Montreal. In 2012, the three subsidiaries of Groupe Restau-Service, at Levis, Drummondville and Trois-Rivieres, joined. In 2017, the company merge with a major player in the kitchen equipment distribution market: Després Laporte.

G.Doyon & Fils
Founded by Gustave Doyon more than thirty years ago to furnish American clients kitchen equipment refurbished, the family enterprise diversified its operations to offer a complete range of accessories, glassware, dishware and all kinds of equipment to professionals as well as amateurs.
Founded in 1995, the enterprise specialized itself in 2003 in equipment and kitchen for restaurants, hospitals, hotels, etc. Renowned in the metropolitan area for its huge showroom and the quality of its counselors, Félisol brings to Doyon Cuisine an inventory of 8 500 innovating and contemporary products.
Groupe Restau-Service offered conception and layout plan conception of commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment selling. Its gradual insertion in Doyon Cuisine allowed us to become one of the most important distributors of food service equipment in Quebec.
Founded in 1987, Després Laporte served the regions of Sherbrooke, Granby, Laval and Rimouski, thanks to their four locations. This important distributor of restaurant, kitchen and sommellerie products, has been offering a wide range of unusual articles, renowned restaurant equipment, thoroughly original gift suggestions, outstanding advisory services, and much more.
