Many residents of Limoilou and of the city of Quebec believe that the Casse-Croûte Pierrot proves to be a true institution. Some 49 years after the opening of the restaurant, its owner has decided to move into new premises to have more space and better serve the customers.

Casse-Croûte Pierrot - Doyon Després

He contacted a long-standing collaborator at Doyon Després to help him furnish a new restaurant that has an ergonomic kitchen. A designer made a layout plan that proves to be an answer to the needs he expressed.

The new kitchen of the Casse-Croûte Pierrot is equipped with three areas: one for making burgers, another one for making pizzas and another one for making prepared meals. There is also an area designed especially for getting the orders meant to be delivered to customers ready. The equipment that was selected is highly technological, the owner having decided to purchase appliances that are likely to improve the performance of the company.
