Shipping, returns and exchanges
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders of $99 or more before taxes. A $12.99 fee applies for orders under $99.
Equipment delivery
Fees starting at $99 apply for commercial equipment and oversized products delivery. We also offer equipment setting up and used equipment recovery services.
Grill delivery
Fees starting at $60 apply for grill delivery. We also offer grill assembly and setting up services.

Returns and exchanges
For any purchase made between November 6 and December 31, 2023, you have until January 14, 2024 to return the product, upon presentation of the original sales receipt or online order number.
You have a period of 10 days following the date of receipt of the order to be reimbursed and a period of 30 days to make an exchange.

Alfa's Brio outdoor pizza oven proves to be the pizza oven that anyone who loves Neapolitain style pizza dreams of having in its backyard. Its cooking chamber is big enough that two pizzas can be cooked inside at the same time. Not more than 90 seconds later, both will be cooked and ready to be eaten.
The oven is available in either a wood or gas version. Thanks to the available hybrid kit (not included) you may choose to cook with wood in your gas oven.
